A: The AC output port can only charge or power devices that operate at less than 500W. Incompatible with appliances that require more than 500W input such as microwaves, electric grills, refrigerators, electric vehicles, coffee machines, and more.

Q4: What should I do before using for the first time and what do I need to pay attention to?
A: Charge your portable power station to activate the battery before using it for the first time. Do not use CPAP overnight and in Power Saving mode.
Q5: Why does the power station's battery drain even when no devices are connected?
A: When the AC and car socket control buttons are turned on, there will be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. To avoid this, make sure the control buttons are turned off or turn on Power Saving mode when not in use.
