FAQ
1. Wi-Fi Connection
Please connect to the robot hotspot "ROBOT###" in compatibility mode.
(1). Please make sure that the Wi-Fi is 2.4G band. Turn off the 5G band if you use a dual-band router.
(2). Don't use z modem alone. We would advise you to use another router because it might cause disconnection or long delay with the increased number of connections.
(3). Make sure that you don't set up any restrictive features in the router, such as firewall/whitelist/blacklist.
2. Device Offline
(1). Check the power switch of the robot is on.
(2). Did you change the router's network settings before the robot went offline?
(3).If the previous two steps don't work restart the router and wait for the robot to come online automatically.
3. Charging Failed
(1). Restart the robot. (Make sure the robot is not on the charging dock)
(2). Place the charging dock in a central part of the house (not room), so that it can cover the whole house.
4. Can't Save Map Manually
Please don't pick up the robot often when using, and try to keep the charging dock in place.
For the first cleaning, please start from the charging dock. The robot will return to the charging dock and record the complete map automatically after cleaning. The previous map will be cleared if the robot restarts, sleeps or runs out of battery.
5. Missing Some Parts of Cleaning
We would recommend you place the charging dock as close to the wall as possible. Make sure there are no obstacles 2 meters around the charging dock.

(1). Search "Zigma" and connect in Google home.

9. Problem of Carpet Cleaning
Tips on Carpets:
(1). The robot would define the carpet as a cliff if the color is dark.
(2). The robot can only climb up to the height of 15mm. (Please check the specific data with the seller)
(3). If the plush on the surface of the carpet is too long the robot may become entangled
10. Floor Detection Malfunction
(1). Please clean the bumpers and the bottom sensors.
(2). Restart the robot. (Make sure the robot is not on the charging dock)
11. Side Brush Malfunction
(1). It might cause overload if you install the side brush too tightly. Please adjust the height of the side brush and press the safety switch.
(2). It might cause overload if the side brush is tangled by wires. Remove the wires and open the safety switch.
(3). It might cause overload if the floor is uneven. Please avoid the uneven floor as possible, or stop cleaning while crossing the uneven floor.
12. Control on App Doesn't Work
(1). The only direction the robot can move is forward, up button moves the robot forwards, left button rotates the robot left, right button rotates the robot right and back button turns the robot around 180°
(2).You can't use direction keys while cleaning.

You can't set the "no go zone" while the robot is cleaning, or without a previous map. (We would recommend a full clean before setting the "no go zone")
Please find the "zone" section in Zigma app and press "no go zone". Arrange the area you don't want the robot to clean, then click ok to save.
