Q: What do I need to pay attention to when charging?
A:
1. The charging voltage of the Anderson charging port is 12V-50V, and it will be damaged if it exceeds 50V.
2. The input voltage of the AC port is 90V-130V and the power reaches 1100W, otherwise it cannot be charged normally.
Q: Once we use this unit if there is an over voltage will it lock out of so what do we do to reset it?
A: You need turn off the one's switch button, then turn it on again, just do like this is ok.
Q: Can this power station support charging devices while being charged?
A: Yes, it supports. But please make sure the power station has at least 10% power left.
Q: Why would the generator fan run on and off if it’s not in use or plugged into anything?
A: The station is Built-in Smart and Silent Cooling Fan, during charging of it, the fan will be automatically turned on when the unit is hotter to maintain the unit, when the temperature drops to a certain level, the fan will be turned off.
Q: What kind of batteries does P5000 use?
A: The P5000 uses LiFePo4 batteries (3500 life cycles) which, unlike lead-acid and ternary batteries, are very safe and truly durable and perform well.
Q: Can I use any third-party solar panel to charge P5000?
A: Yes, you can use any MC4 connected to a standard solar panel and the solar panel has an input power of 1000W.

Q: Will solar charging still work in UPS mode?
A: In UPS mode, the PV port (supporting solar energy, car charger, adapter) can be used to charge power equipment at the same time.
Q: How to use super fast charging to charge the product with 2800W?
A: The device supports a maximum charging power of 2800W.
Option 1: AC mains power (1800W) + PV charging (1000W).
Option 2: Generator AC (1800W) + PV charging (1000W).
When continuous high-power charging, the fan will automatically adjust the speed according to the temperature rise of the internal components, and it is normal to generate noise.
