Narwal Freo Z Ultra can be used on wood, laminate, and other smooth, hard floors such as tiles and marble. Wood and tile require very different treatments for deep cleaning and damage prevention and Freo Z Ultra can intelligently tell the difference. Also, it can adjust the pressure and wetness for different floor types, Heavily soiled rooms can be deep cleaned.
2. Does Narwal Freo Z Ultra switch automatically between Mopping and Vacuuming?
Yes, Freo Z Ultra is compatible with vacuum modules and mopping modules, and the corresponding modules will be automatically applied in different vacuuming/mopping modes.

4. How AI-Adaptive Hot Water Washing？
Different from the common hot water mops on the market, Yunjing Intelligent Hot Water Mop uses Yunjing's exclusive DirtSense dirt sensing system. Through the dual optical sensing system, it distinguishes the dust/dust turbidity content in liquid dirt and the color content of soy sauce and salad oil. According to the different types of dirt identified, the mop washing temperature is adjusted to the most suitable temperature for removing such stains.
Narwal Z Ultra will pre-soak the mop in 45°C warm water. After the dirt sensor recognizes that there is no starch, the water temperature will be raised to 60°C, which is the most suitable for washing oily dirt, for high-temperature cleaning. After the cleaning is completed and the dirt sensor can no longer recognize dirt, the base station will raise the water temperature to 75°C for pasteurization to sterilize the mop, and finally perform low-temperature drying at 40°C to restore the mop to a soft state.
On the one hand, it improves the effect of cleaning the mop, and on the other hand, it effectively avoids negative situations such as excessively high-temperature washing causing starch dirt to gelatinize and stick to the mop.
5. How Hot is Air Drying?
The mops and base station are dried with 40°C air, preventing mold and odors. This keeps the system fresh and hygienic, for a consistently clean environment and better maintained system performance and longevity.
