It will display only three digits. When the measured results is more than 999ppm, the screen display will be "xxx *10". For example, 2000 will appear as 200*10 in the screen.

Do not drop the entire TDS meter in water of dip beyond the maximum immersion level. This unit is not water-tight and is not covered under the warranty if water enters the unit.
