Operation Steps (the same steps apply for setting the 25 km/h speed limit and restoring the maximum speed):
1. Turn off the electric bike.
2. Simultaneously press and hold the brake lever, accelerator, and power button.
3. After the bike powers on, release the power button and press the accelerator five times quickly.
4. Release the accelerator and brake.
