Questions & Answers
FAQ
Q1: Which BLUETTI power stations are compatible with the B300?
A1: AC300/AC200P/AC200MAX/EB150/EB240/EP500Pro.
Each power station requires additional accessories other than the AC300.
AC200P/AC200MAX: P090D to XT90 cable
EB150/EB240: P090D to DC7909 cable
EP500Pro: P090D to MC4 cable
Q2: Can I use the BLUETTI B300 extended battery alone?
A2: Yes. It comes with a 100W USB-C, a USB-A, and a 12V car port, providing power for phones, laptops, car fridges, etc.
Q3: How many B300 can I connect to AC300 or AC200MAX?
A3: AC300: Up to four B300 with 12,288 Wh capacity.
AC200MAX: Up to two B300 with 8,192 Wh capacity.
Q4: Does the B300 support app control?
A4: Connect it to the AC300, pair them both with the BLUETTI app and you can control the system from anywhere, anytime.
Q5: Can I use the B300 alone as a UPS?
A5: No.
Q6: What is the maximum input charging power of the BLUETTI B300?
A6: 700W max with optional DC Charge Booster D050S.
Note: The DC Charge Booster D050S is sold separately.
Q7: Can I use third-party solar panels to charge the BLUETTI B300?
A7: Yes, however, the BLUETTI D050S DC charging amplifier is required.
Q8: Can I use third-party solar panels to charge the BLUETTI B300?
A8: Yes, if the specifications of the solar panels meet the following
1. Total Voltage: 12-60V
2. Total power: 200W max.
3. MC4 connectors.
Q9: Can it charge and discharge at the same time?
A9: Yes, but it is not recommended to charge and discharge at the same time to extend battery life.
Q10: Can I use or charge the B300 in sub-zero temperatures?
A10: Temperature ranges for the B300 are:
Charging: 0-40℃ (32-104℉);
Discharge: -20-40℃ (-4-104℉);
Storage: -20-40℃ (-4-104℉).
Technically, it can power electrical devices in such situations, but please avoid charging it at such ambient temperatures.
Q11: How long can it supply my consumers?
A11: Runtime = Battery Capacity × DoD × η ÷ Device Rating
DoD refers to Depth of Discharge and η is local inverter efficiency.
For the B300, both DoD and η are 90%. Example: If you run a 100W lightbulb with it, the runtime is:
3,072Wh × 90% × 90% ÷ 100W ≈ 25 hours
Note: The above data is for sample reference ONLY.
Q12: Is the B300 power station waterproof?
A12: No. Also, please DO NOT keep them in a humid environment for a long time.
Q13: Is it possible to replace the built-in battery?
A13: No. If the battery of your power station is defective, please contact customer service.
